OOTD – Friday night in Newtown.
Tonight was a first for me. As you may know, I have a bit of social anxiety. I catch trains into the city and that usually with no problems, during the day. When it comes to of a night though, I get a little more anxious. Tonight, I caught a train home all by myself from the City to Blacktown area, all by myself. I know it’s not much to some, but for me, I kind of want to pat myself on the back.
Why was I out city way? Well, I was in Newtown to see Jay & Silent Bob Get Old. Oh yeah, I couldn’t pass up seeing Kevin Smith & Jason Mewes in the flesh. So I met up with 2 of my close friends, had dinner and watched the show. It was a really great night, and just makes me think, maybe I should get out more.
As you can see, I didn’t wear my big crazy boot out. I was, okay, scared enough, catching the train and that by myself, I didn’t want to add on the crazy boot. My foot is feeling a little tender now i’m home, not painful, but it was nice to be able to walk comfortably. The top i’m wearing, is actually a dress! I’ve never worn it before, but tonight I put it on, but decided to add a skirt over the top. It’s a tight pencil skirt dress, that zips straight down the front, I just wasn’t feeling the skin tight look tonight.

I’ve worn make up twice this week! I actually hardly ever wear make up, and when I do, it’s usually just a little powder and mascara. I’ve been having fun wearing my favourite Lime Crime lipstick though, out to dinner & a movie during the week and again tonight.
