Quick Pics & Amanda Palmer!

The Evelyn Evelyn & Amanda Palmer concert was AH-MAZING! So so so good! It was held at The Spiegeltent at Adelaide Fringe. This is the first time i’ve gone to the Fringe and it was so much fun! It was like a little fair! Tents with all different performances, food stalls, rides, quaint little stores selling jewellery and henna tattoos! I had a great time!

Evelyn Evelyn were fantastic! Words cannot describe how amazing they are to see live! Certainly would have taken a lot of practice to play instruments like that! I could have watched for another hour! Amanda didn’t disappoint either! The show was only for an hour, but she then went out onto the lawn & played. Alas, it was 11:30pm when the ‘official’ concert ended, so Adam & I decided to call it a night. I’m a little sad I didn’t stick around, but I was so sick (I have the flu with a bad cough) and Adam had to be up at 6am for work. As it was we didn’t get home until around 12:15.

I didn’t get outfit pictures, sorry, but I did take a couple of pictures of my make up. I love how make up can take you from looking like death, to looking fresh faced & happy! I still felt like I’d been hit by a truck, but I didn’t look it, which is always a plus!

Yes, i’m only wearing my bra & petticoat at this stage. Yes, my bra matched my hair. Which, is now a different colour. A dark pink & raspberry colour!

Starting back at hand making some jewellery! Yay! I’m going to be making and selling some of my stuff. I needed something else to occupy my time and let me get my craft on. AWAY from the computer!

My owl collection has a few more additions since Christmas! On the left is a gorgeous owl my friends Fel & David got me! LOVE! The 4 owl family on the right my parents bought me from Monarto Zoo!

Diabetic desserts! Yes, they don’t look it, but they are slightly less sugar tastic then most desserts. I’ve been experimenting with recipes from Diabetic cookbooks lately.

I actually think in the future I will have to make them in smaller cups. These were so rich I ended up having to eat half at a time. I don’t have a big sweet tooth. Adam loved them though! It’s strawberry yogurt, strawberries & raspberry jelly!

These shoes came for me in the mail the other day. LOVE! I bought them for the bargain price of $8 (Including postage) using coupons and such from BrandsExclusive! Excuse the socks, I’ve been trying to break them in!
