    MBFWA – Day 5 outfit

I was sent a few amazing things from my favourite New Zealand designer The Carpenters Daughter & decided I HAD to wear this dress. It’s just so gorgeous in person, in fact, Dani liked it so much she tried it on too. After having to get it taken up slightly came the hard decision of “What should I wear underneath!?”. At one stage I ended up telling my mother I was just going to go in my underwear. My black slip just felt to bland, so when I found this purple short slip under one of my other dresses, I instantly knew, that’s it! Originally I had planned to wear my black bra,…

    MBFWA: Day 4 Outfit!

Day 4 was my 2nd day at MBFWA. I wanted to keep my outfit comfortable, but still fashionable and well ‘me’. So, of course I went for my trusty black with pops of colour combo. I was considering wearing my Day 5 outfit on Day 4, but I’m glad I didn’t. I actually was carrying around my outfit for the next day in my bag as I was staying at Caitlins house that night! By far the comfiest shoes I own right now, well, comfortable for me to wear! I just have to remember to be careful when I take them off! These are aptly named ‘Hellraisers’ and one of…

    OOTD – Blah.

I’ve been feeling really uninspired with dressing as of late. I seem to be sticking to comfort and clothing that hides the strapping on my foot. Not to mention, Sydney weather. It’s hot, it’s humid, it’s raining, it’s cold, it’s flooding. It really cannot make up it’s mind. This is what I wore yesterday, minus the coat, I just wanted to show it off because I am IN LOVE with it. Sadly, the coat isn’t mine. It’s my Mothers, but it fits me like a dream. The most gorgeous colour of pink, with back pleats. It makes me feel like a female Doctor Who.  As I have to go and…

    Fashionable glasses!

While you don’t see them in most outfit posts, I wear glasses whenever I leave the house. I’m fine with short distances, but as soon as I get out the front door and look up the street, everything becomes blurry. For the past 2 years, I had one pair of rather plain glasses, that was until my sister introduced me to the world of amazing glasses. Or maybe the blame should lay on Dani at John Granata Optometrists for introducing my sister to that world. Trying on some of the frames at John Granata Optometrist last October. Where ever that blame lays though, the world of glasses can be a pretty…

    OOTD – Dinner

On Thursday night, my parents and I ventured out to dinner. It’s my Mum’s birthday tomorrow, so we thought we’d make use of the buy one, get one free dinner voucher she was sent. I was sent this tunic from Lovedrobe, and I admit, I had a little trouble styling it. I love the colour and style, the glitter bow on the front is super cute, it was just the length that frustrated me. It’s too short to wear as a dress, and the weather has been a bit iffy to wear full length leggings with it, but when I found these leggings again the other day, I thought “oh,…
