When I was younger, my Mum would have to drag me into Best and Less, these days, it’s more like the other way around. MBFWA – Day 5 outfit
I was sent a few amazing things from my favourite New Zealand designer The Carpenters Daughter & decided I HAD to wear this dress. It’s just so gorgeous in person, in fact, Dani liked it so much she tried it on too. After having to get it taken up slightly came the hard decision of “What should I wear underneath!?”. At one stage I ended up telling my mother I was just going to go in my underwear. OOTD – Port Adelaide
Another one of those hot Adelaide days! I burn easily, so I always try to cover up my shoulders as that is my most troublesome area. I wish I had a picture of the back of this top though, because it has a really great cut out. Don’t worry, I’m pretty obsessive about my sunscreen! One of the abandoned buildings in Port Adelaide. OOTD – Uninspired.
I’ve been quite uninspired as of late, I guess that’s the thing with depression. Some days I don’t get changed out of my pajamas till way after noon & when I do, it’s just daggy comfortable clothes, with little things to cheer me up, like fluro orange nails, or in today’s case, kitty earrings and a bone hair clip. The weather was crappy most of this week, dreary & raining, but it’s brightened up this weekend. It’s nice to go sit outside, get some fresh air and sun for a little bit.
