Outfit & make up of the LuWow!
On Saturday night I headed out to The LuWow for a friends birthday. I had no idea what to wear, a mental state i’ve been in a lot lately. I really wanted to wear my Neverland dress from PUG, but while it fits around the waist, the bust is just way too big on me (see here). I really need to go get it tailored. I decided to make it happen though, and just turned the bust down inside the dress. Paired with the crop & belt, I think it worked well. Make up – A little bit of glitter
When I was a teenage, I would spend hours in front of the mirror, after school, playing around with all different make up. Experimenting with colours and designs. The way different colours and products could change your face. That is what lead me to start a Make Up course when I left school. I don’t wear make up all that often anymore. I think it’s a mix of just letting my skin breathe and not being bothered. Most days, if I put any make up on, I do my brows and put on mascara. Today marks ONE MONTH til my birthday. Yep, after much discussing with my Mum, then my Dad, a couple of friends, a calculator, I managed to work out I was turning 27! Why does make up have to be so expensive?
Ever since Danimezza showed me the Invisable Zinc Foundation, i’ve been wanting to pick some up. When I finally found it in store, it was $45, I usually have a $30 limit on my foundation. Seeing I still had foundation, I thought i’d wait, but not before I whinged a little on twitter.
