Aussie Curves – Skirt

Well hello! I’m back at my old house after spending a few days unpacking and painting some more of #thedarlingden. I honestly don’t know how I used to live without the internet. We’ve not had it set up at the new place yet, but luckily my iPad keeps me in touch with the online world.

However, I only have a small bag of clothes left here, nothing overly spectacular. I had pulled on my all time favourite skirt to wear for this post, only to find it’s TOO BIG! (Picture here) So, I pulled on my current faithful love. I’ve been wearing this ASOS jersey midi pencil skirt a lot lately, it’s a bit too big, so it’s slightly baggy, but when you are spending most of your day unpacking, it works wonders!

Seeing as it’s Halloween tomorrow, I thought i’d make it a little halloweeny. We don’t celebrate Halloween here in Australia, but it seems to be picking up a bit of a following. I am LOVING these kitty ears so much, they are super fun! I  haven’t worn eyeliner under my eyes in a long time, but decided to give it a go for this look. To me, I look so much different, what do you think?

This top was sent to me by Belle Curve, and well, it’s love. The material is so soft and the sequins ARE NOT scratchy! The sleeves are the perfect length for what I like and it just sits really nice. I really wish that they’d make one in a pale dusty pink colour. Oh, and yes, the sequin pocket on the front IS a pocket!

I decided to give myself a Halloween inspired manicure last night, orange french tip with nail stickers of a bat, a cat and a skull! I stopped biting my nails nearly 2 years ago now, and this is really short for them, I kept breaking them on boxes, so I’ve been keeping them short.
