Yarra Valley Chocolateries Hot Chocolate Festival!
I’m pretty lucky to have some awesome friends, and some of my favourites kidnapped me on Monday to take me to a hot chocolate festival. Though it probably wasn’t kidnapping seeing as I was so willing! I’d never been to Yarra Valley Chocolatarie & Ice Creamery before, but I was in love the moment we pulled up, I mean, look at those views! Melbourne Moments – City Myer – Outfit
Last week I headed into the city to meet up with my buddy, fellow blogger, Vanessa! I love catching up with Vanessa, she is such an amazingly beautiful human. We spent the day wondering around the city, having lunch at the pancake parlour, and lusting over allll the things! Blogcademy friends & the power of sale dresses!
Just over a year ago, I flew to Melbourne (from my home in Sydney) to attend ‘The Blogcademy’. A 2 day workshop hosted my 3 influential bloggers that I had been following for years. Little did I know, that in the span of 12 months, I’d have picked up my life, MOVED to Melbourne, and have a bunch of amazing fellow bloggers to call friends. Outfit & The Melbourne Star!
Yesterday was a pretty awesome day! I met up with my friend Mallory in the morning, without too many plans for the day, & it resulted in a lot of window shopping, going on the Melbourne Star, and meeting our favourite character from The Almighty Johnsons, which was probably a show that deepened Mallory and my friendship! It started off with a bit of a doozy, as I was walking to the bus stop, I got hit by a car! 5 things I’ve learnt trying to find a rental property!
We have a house! If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you will know that I’d put in an application for a rental property in Melbourne. To be completely honest, I’m super surprised we got the first house we went for. I was expecting to search for awhile, maybe get rejected, etc, but nope. It’s a cute 3 bedroom place with a roomy backward. I’ve not yet seen it, but I’m super excited to.
