So Monday was my first visit to the physio. I was nervous as anything, I kept expecting it to hurt like hell & then I’d end up fainting like I did with my Xrays. I’m happy to say it didn’t hurt much & I didn’t faint. In fact, it left me feeling a lot better! Yay! I’m off to Physio again today, and again on Friday. Yes, 3 times a week. Yikes! Of Hospitals & Back Pain!
So, I managed to do grocery shopping on Friday. Very slowly. However, when I got home, I managed to hurt my back even further. Joy of all joys. In fact, I couldn’t move. In fact, my in-laws had to call an ambulance. I think this is the first time I’ve been a patient in an ambulance (Is it bad that I can’t remember if I’ve been in one before?). When the ambos arrived I was given this amazing green whistle type instrument that you breath through called a ‘Penthrox Inhaler’ & boy was that good!
