    Outfit of the day!

I’m really in a clothing funk as of late. It’s frustrating. I seem to be going to the same things over and over again. I spent half an hour getting dressed yesterday, seeing as I’ve lost weight most of my clothes don’t sit right. So, now, my clothes room is a mess of clothing and I ended up dressed in my current favourite top & one of my favourite skirts that I haven’t worn since last summer. The weather has been beautiful! Yesterday it hit 25°C (77 ºF) with a lovely breeze! I went shopping at Harbour Town with my in laws! For dinner, Adam cooked a BBQ & we…

    OOTD – Fathers Day

Even though it’s Spring here, the weather has been cold and dreary. Actually, it’s been very Un-Adelaidean with it’s rain & storms. It was amusing trying to figure out what to wear. It was cold outside, but I had no doubt that the in laws would have heaters on. We also took the dogs along, which meant I had to cover the majority of my legs otherwise I’d get scratches due to little dog nails. I’d never actually worn this belt, although I’ve had it for nearly a year now! I could never find the right outfit for it to go with! I was so happy I finally got to…

    Outfit of the Day!

Thursday is late night shopping here in Adelaide. I do a little window shopping whilst I wait for my boyfriend to get off work, we then have dinner & do grocery shopping. I bought this dress just over a week ago. I didn’t have time to try it on, but seeing as i’ve lost weight I decided to go a size down. Glad I did cause as you can see, it is a little baggy on me. Thinking about putting a little tuck in the back. Anyway, seeing as it’s starting to get colder here, I think this dress will be great for layering! The lady who works at my…

    OOTD – 004

Last night was my boyfriends Uncle’s 50th Birthday. To celebrate a bunch of family and friends made our way to Comix Comedy Cellar to enjoy a night of food, comedy and good company.  I decided to dress up, I love any excuse to dress up & honestly, I’ve wanted a chance to wear this dress since I bought it. There is a bit of a story behind this dress. I was doing my every-couple-of-day browse of the City Chic website a few months ago & came across the dress. It was love at first site, but alas, it was $200 & on my income, very much out of my price range. …

    OOTD – 003

Today was a pretty full day. Popping into Harvey Norman, taking my niece to the doctors, then thrifting at Port Adelaide Market.
