Event – Paramore!
A long time ago, I was a huge Twilight fan, possibly one of Australia’s largest. That was how I came to know of a band called Paramore. When I put on the CD to Twilight and heard ‘Decode’, I knew this was a band I’d love. Their opening act was Remi Wolf. Honestly, I’d never heard of them before, but after a few songs, I was sold. Remi swore like an Australian and sang her heart out all whilst busting out some very fun dance moves with her band. Go check them out on Spotify. Then came Paramore! They opened with ‘You First’ and the crowd went wild. It was…

Outfit – Peach PRC Concert
When I saw that Peach PRC was touring, I messaged my boyfriend asking if he wanted to tag along to a concert with me. He’d heard a few Peach PRC songs and didn’t mind them, so said yep. Seeing as he’s a musician he does have a wide range of music tastes and was happy to get out to a gig. Now, I had been sick (whats new) and was debating if I was even well enough to go, but I’m so glad I pushed through. We arrived and had to wait in line for a while. The concert was held at The Triffid. I’d never been before but it’s…

Caboolture Show!
In June we headed out to visit the Caboolture Show. This is the first year we’ve lived in the area and I thought it would make a fun day out. I’m always a fan of going to any show. I’ve been to the Royal Easter Show more times than I can remember to count, as well as the Melbourne Show. Compared to those, the Caboolture is a smaller town fare, but still loads of fun! I decided to go for a cute look! I got lots of compliments on the outfit and the hair, which was a wig. My hair was in a state but luckily i’ve had it done…

Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World
Craig and I had been talking about visiting Maleny Botanic Gardens and Bird World for ages & last year, on Mothers Day, we finally made it. Now, my Mum had just passed away and I wanted to keep myself occupied on the day. I didn’t really think ahead to just how packed it would be due to it being Mothers Day. Apparently, it’s one of the busiest days days of the year! Saying that, it wasn’t crazy packed. We still easily got seating for lunch, had no problems with parking and was fine signing up for the bird tour. We walked around the gardens a bit, they were gorgeous, as…

My day at Sydney Zoo
Just over a week ago my partner and I headed down to Sydney to visit family over the Easter holiday. We packed up the car with the dog and bird and drove down. I was thinking of things to do and decided we should check out the new zoo. It’s not exactly new, it was opened in 2019, but it’s new to me. Sydney Zoo is only around 15 minutes away from my parent’s place so seemed the perfect place. First up, parking, whilst free, was horrible. That being said, we did go on the Saturday of the Easter long weekend. We pre-booked our tickets but spent nearly 30 minutes…
