PRINCE! Sydney Concert and slight OOTD.
I’ve loved Prince for as long as I can remember, probably not something most would consider appropriate for an 8 year old to listen to, but with siblings 15 years older then me, i’ve always had different music taste. My sister was a Prince lover, and it was through her that I was introduced to him. Last month, my sister rang me, in near hysterics because Prince had announced an Australian Tour. I agreed to go with her, said yep, i’ll pay whatever, and let her go on her way. My sister and I after the show, we walked up the stairs to get a picture of us in from…

My Life Soundtrack – 5ive
I love music, I’m not sure exactly what it is specifically, I just know, that I’d have a hard time living without it. It helps me sleep, it helps drown out my head when I’m having a bad day, it can make me happy & want to dance, it also have the power to make me cry? I’m not a religious person, but I’m sure I’ve mentioned before, I kind of believe in a music hierarchy. David Bowie is my God. Amanda Palmer is my Jesus. Quick Pics & Amanda Palmer!
The Evelyn Evelyn & Amanda Palmer concert was AH-MAZING! So so so good! It was held at The Spiegeltent at Adelaide Fringe. This is the first time i’ve gone to the Fringe and it was so much fun! It was like a little fair! Tents with all different performances, food stalls, rides, quaint little stores selling jewellery and henna tattoos! I had a great time! Evelyn Evelyn were fantastic! Words cannot describe how amazing they are to see live! Certainly would have taken a lot of practice to play instruments like that! I could have watched for another hour! Amanda didn’t disappoint either! The show was only for an hour,…

An Idol – Amanda Palmer
I don’t remember now when I became a fan of The Dresden Dolls. Years ago, a friend made me a mix CD that had Coin Operated Boy on it, then a few months later whilst waiting for a train with Kylie (We were heading into the city to either see David Bowie or The Horrorpops, I can’t remember now), I heard her singing it. I didn’t own any Dresden Dolls CD’s until I met Adam, who when I mentioned I liked them, went & bought me ‘A is for Accident’ & ‘The Dresden Dolls’. This pretty much started my one sided love affair with Amanda Palmer. I’ve often been told…
