    Aussie Curves – Stripes

Stripes! I have to say, stripes are always something I’ve been drawn to. I’ve never listened to the whole “fat people shouldn’t wear horizontal stripes”. In fact, I wore a striped dress to MBFF 2 years ago. Around the same time last year, we had the same theme of Stripes and I wore my leggings (see here), so I dug into my closet for something different. Luckily, I got this jacket out of layby the past week! Perfect! City Chic have released a whole lot of striped things recently, and after trying on nearly everything, I settled on this jacket. It’s lightweight and super comfy. The dress is a Kmart…

    Outfit – Bodycon and Denim

Today has been a crazy busy day! I’m surprised i’m not curled up in bed having a nap right now. Not to mention I decided to take photos for a ‘day in the life’ kind of post today. I guess it will make a better blog post then most of my other days. 😛 This is what I wore to do all my running around it. Who knows what possessed me to wear a bodycon dress when I have my periods, but for some reason I’m loving my little period bloat belly (yeah, I even instagramed a pic of it! #notpregnantjustfat). It’s not like i’ve never rocked a VBO before.…

    Aussie Curves – Feminine

To be honest, I got a little thrown this time with ‘feminine’. I think feminine is certainly one of those things that can mean different things to different people. I think of myself as a feminine dresser, I like dresses & skirts, lingerie, heels, pretty colours. I decided to push my boundaries a little and go a little crazy. Yes, that is a shark crop top, and yes, I think I managed to make it look somewhat feminine. Sure, sharks aren’t nessasarily what you’d call feminine, but throw on a pretty pink cardi and some pearls and wa-hey. NOTE: I wouldn’t actually wear it without the cardigan, like the middle…

    Outfit: Monochrome

When this skirt popped up on ASOS, I bought it straight away. I couldn’t resist. I don’t often wear fitted skirts, but I decided to give it a try. It arrived yesterday, so as I was going out today I thought i’d give it a spin. I’ve worn this shirt a few times now, but I don’t think it’s made an appearance on the blog. It’s one of those things I loved at first sight, but sat in my wishlist for ages because I never thought I’d wear it. You see, it’s mainly white. Well, a slightly off white, and it’s just not a colour I wear. I ended up…

    Aussie Curves – Green

Well folks, it’s Aussie Curves time again! I had a bit of trouble this week, you see, the theme was ‘green’. I’ve been loving green lately, it’s the colour of my suitcase & my bedspread, but I don’t really have much in the way of clothing, or accessories. That’s when I remembered these shoes! Luckily Aussie Curves is open to interpretation. The backdrop of the greenery paired with these shoes = my green for the week. These shoes are actually VERY old. I’ve had them for around 10 years now & I can’t seem to part with them! I got them in a sale I went to at Olympic Park,…
