Outfit – Star Wars and Lace!
So, I’m doing something a little crazy in the blogging world. I’m wearing the same skirt two outfit posts in a row! The truth is, wearing the same item a few days in a row isn’t a bad thing. Being an outfit repeater is totally normal. When you love something, wear it! Big W has been a big problem lately, taking my money! They keep releasing these amazing crop tops and I just can’t seem to resist them. I have a Barbie one, a Ghostbusters one, and now this Star Wars one. I’m also eyeing a Peter Pan one they have. Honestly, Peter Pan means SO much more to me…

Outfit – Floral culottes as pants!
Pants and I are not really friends, we tolerate each other, but we don’t go out of our way to spend time together. I’m more of a skirt/dress girl, or even leggings & yes, I will wear them as pants. However, I keep side-eyeing the culottes trend, I like them, but didn’t know how they’d go on me. These beauties came up on ASOS and I was all heart-eyed emoji. Sadly, they were out of budget. For some reason I was on ebay when lo and behold, the dream culottes were there, from an Aussie seller, at a much better price. Except at a size 24, a size larger than what…

Nambucca Heads – What I Wore! Plus size holiday edition!
I didn’t take too many outfit specific images away, as I mentioned, I really just wanted to relax, unwind and take a little time away from social media. I couldn’t stay away completely and had my Mum snap a few quicks pics for me and of course, took a few selfies. Oh, and yes, I only took one pair of sunglasses away with me! I actually wore two dresses to my cousins wedding, but only photographed the first one. I picked this ASOS Salon Prom dress up when it went on sale for a fraction of the price. I just loved the colour. I paired it with a black bolero…

Outfit – Super cute plus size dog print dress!
On Sunday, I had the pleasure of heading into the city and having lunch at Rockpool. I’d never been into the casino before and boy is it beautiful! I only walked around the shopping area and into the restaurant, but it sure was fancy! Lunch was delicious, it was the tastiest meal i’ve ever had! I had fresh oysters, hand dived Phillip Bay scallops with garlic butter and pangrattato. Cape Grim scotch fillet steak. Dutch cream potatoes sauteed with wagyu fat, garlic and rosemary. Mac & Cheese with speck. I was so stuffed by the end, I was glad for the walk back down Southbank to the station. The weather was…

Outfit of the first Melbourne Fashion Week Plus show!
Friday night marked the first night of Melbourne Fashion Week Plus, you can read about the runway and my thoughts HERE. I decided to go on something comfy and colourful. I really loved this dress the moment I saw it on the New Look site, as I waited to have the money to buy it, it went on sale. The dress did sell out in my size, so I bought a size up figuring I could always get it taken in, but I don’t mind how it looks in the larger size. I think it will be nice and cool in the summer. It’s still quite cold in Melbourne, so…
