It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
I left all my Christmas decorations in Adelaide, silly me, so I wasn’t going to put up any decorations this year, instead I’d wait and buy some at the after Christmas sales. Thing is, Christmas is one of my favourite holidays. I love finding the perfect gift for a loved one, wrapping it, and watching them open it. Those plans seemed to have changed though, after walking into Big W and spotting these little Christmas trees for $5 each, my only problem was, I couldn’t decide what colour to get. As you can see, I bought all 3! Then came the fact that I didn’t have any decorations for them,…

Welcome to my closet..
As I mentioned in my ‘Welcome to my bed…” post, i’m slowly getting my room together. Next up on my tour is my wardrobe. Basically, this is the area at the end of my bed, it’s a big step away from the ‘Clothes Room‘ I had in Adelaide, but it’s made me realise how much stuff I had and never wore. I have three tubs of clothing stored and about 2-3 to sell and give to Vinnies. I’m using a wooden clothes rack thingy I put together myself that I Mum had lying around, and my Grandmothers old linen cupboard. Nope, I didn’t get a picture inside, basically it’s tubs…

Welcome to my bed…
Slowly, but surely my room is coming together. Last month I gave you a look at my desk (See HERE), today, I’m giving you a squizzy into my bed cubby! Yes, you read right, I have a bed cubby! You see, i’m living in the ‘rumpus’ room of the house. The games room, the entertainment room, whatever you like to call it. It’s pretty huge. But I still wanted a little privacy with my bed and dressing area. Oh, and I’m still a kid at heart, so the thought of having somewhat of a forte bed made me happy. The bed is squeezed in between the wall/bookcase and another set…

My workspace!
Moving back in with my parents meant trying to fit a whole house of stuff in to one large room. Sure, it’s a huge room, and I did leave a lot of my furniture with my ex, but I still need to be space conscious. One of the first thing set up was my desk. It’s the place I spend most of my time and I have the habit of having a large and messy desk. When I moved back to Sydney I made the decision to buy a smaller desk, taking up less space, and leaving me with (hopefully) less mess. My parents picked up this small white desk (with…

Busy Bee!
My boxes arrived on Monday, and i’ve been spending my time trying to organise my room. Yeah, it looks like a bomb has hit it, but I’m still trying to figure out what I need to unpack and what I don’t. I have a house worth of stuff to fit into a room! Mind you, I feel very lucky to have such a large room! So i’ve been a little distracted! Sorry! I’ve been struggling with bouts of depression. Or as I have been calling it bipolarcoasting (Just in case you are a new follower and are a little lost, I’ve talked about my Mental Heath issues HERE). I guess…
