After a crazy eventful trip to Sydney, where nothing went to plan, I am back home in Melbourne. It’s nice to be back to the cooler weather and my cats. The ever so wonderful Suger of Suger Coat It has created a new plus size blog challenge. Inspired by the days of the good old Aussie Curves, it’s a weekly challenge and link-up focused on thinking outside the box and supporting fellow fashionistas! To find out all the info, plus the first round of challenges check it out HERE. The first challenge is ‘Halloween’. I was originally thinking of going all out, but then I decided, no, I’ll wear something…

My 2017 Plus Size Halloween Picks!
It’s the most spooktacular time of the year again! Halloween! People don’t really celebrate Halloween here in Australia, but over the past few years, the whole dress up/ trick or treating has caught on a little. I love this time of year to stock up on some seriously cool clothes and accessories. I have a bit of an “every day is Halloween aesthetic”. I’ve been searching around online for some plus size goodies but I feel it’s all a little lacklustre. I’ve rounded up a few of my faves, but you can check out more over on my dedicated Pinterest board. Torrid – Disney Ursula Maxi Dress – $64.90US || Hot Topic…

Halloween Everyday Style!
Halloween isn’t an Australian tradition. It’s slowly becoming popular over the years, with kids trick or treating around the area. Some shops now stock bits and pieces of Halloween goodies to decoration your house with, but really, it’s not something you see much of. Luckily, with the internet, you can buy so much online, and I have to say, I just LOVE all the spooky clothing that comes out at this time of year. I bought a ghost jumper last halloween, and I wear it ALL YEAR ROUND! Why not!? So here are a few of my favourite things that I would totally rock in any month! Lime Crime Black…

Frocktober – OotD – Halloween!!
I love this dress, but as you can probably tell, I don’t really have the chance to wear it. In fact, since I bought it around 3 years ago, this is only the 2nd time i’ve worn it! This dress was bought for a “Wild West Saloon” dress up party I was flying to Brisbane to attend. I bought it off of ebay, and it was custim made to my size. Alas, I can no longer find the seller. It ended up costing around $160 all up, including postage from the US! Halloween isn’t an Australian tradition. It’s slowly gaining followers, more to the fact that people want to dress up…
