OOTD – Park Shenanigans!
Surprise visits from high school friends are awesome. In high school my best friend was another Natalie, not only did we share the same first name, we shared the same last initial, it got confusing at times. She came over for the day to see me, or course, but to also say goodbye to the old house. We spent many nights talking about boys, swimming in the pool, dressing up in crazy clothes and singing The Spice Girls. We headed to the park, where we also spent lots of time, and Nat took some outfit pics for me! Thanks Nat! Swings are not easy in pencil skirts and sandals, but…

Aussie Curves – Stripes
I did have something different envisioned for this weeks theme of ‘stripes’, that was, until I realised I’d packed it. Darn it! I love stripes and own a few striped pieces, my newest & current favourites are these striped tights from Supre! I channeled my inner 15 year old, I was a goth back in my younger days, and in the end, I really liked how the outfit turned out. It was comfortable, but not too over the top with the stripes. I’ve actually found it a little hard to style these leggings as I feel they are quite eye catching. Sure, I have no problems clashing neon colours, but striped leggings, harder then…

Aussie Curves – Bold Nails
Yesterday was the first day I really felt well enough to get up and dressed properly. Food poisoning really isn’t fun. I think you can tell in these photos that i’m still not feeling 100%, but I really wanted to participate in this weeks Aussie Curves posts. This weeks theme: BOLD NAILS. Rather easy for me, as I tend to prefer a bright nail polish. I had originally planned on orange glitter, with orange tips, but of course, it smudged. So I just went with my trusted favourite, fruit tingle by Ultra3. I love this jumper, it set me back $35 at this little straight sized store in Penrith, I…

Quick OOTD!
If you had shown me this picture of me 12 months ago, and told me that it was me, I would never have believed you. It’s amazing how much my fashion has changed, how much i’ve changed. While i’ve always loved dresses and liked to dress feminine, i’ve been really drawn to softer colours as of late. This is only one of maybe 3 items that I own that is white or cream. I’ve been sick and stressed, so i’ve broken out all across my chin. No fun. I also need to find some time to experiment with make up that goes along with my brown hair. Ah, I am still…

Quick Pics!
Earrings & Necklace I picked up at the Diva sale! Henry-cat has been playing Frontierville on Facebook! Adam decided last week that he wanted to make a baked cheesecake. He’s been learning to make things & enjoys cooking on the weekends. Neither of us had ever made a cheesecake before, but he needed me on hand to teach him some of the things. The end result = yum! We took it to the in laws & everyone loved it. For our first attempt, I was very proud of it! Webcam shots – The Diva earrings & necklace on & my nails.
