As you’ve probably noticed with all my whinging lately, it’s cold in Melbourne, so one of the things I’ve been coveting is boots. Outfit – I should have been a unicorn!
I have learnt that Melbourne is cold. Now, it’s not as cold as a lot of places in the world get, but it’s colder then Sydney. While I like the cold, i’m finding it a bit hard at times. I’ll admit that. What you don’t see in these pictures, is that I’m wearing my thick Sonsee stockings underneath my jeans. Also, knee high socks and two singlets. Yep. Layers. I ventured into the city today to meet up with Cazz, an awesomesauce blogger who i’ve followed for ages now. I always get a bit shy and nervous about meeting new people, but I shouldn’t have worried. We checked out Daiso…

Lustlist!
Being on a spending ban, trying to save money, it isn’t easy for me. I admit, I like to buy new clothes and pretty things. I pay my bills, I buy my food, I put a little into my savings, and then I’ll buy myself a new dress or that. Being in a long distance relationship, that spare $$$ goes to plane tickets, then train and bus money & then into my “hopefully I’ll move to Melbourne” fund. It just seems that now I have 137037 things I could put on my wishlist! I know, I know, first world problems. CLOCKWISE: Modcloth – Alternative Universe Top – $49.99 || ASOS – Oversized…

Aussie Curves – Peplum
After missing out on the last few weeks of Aussie Curves, it’s nice to be back! This weeks theme is Peplum, and it’s one trend that I have fully embraced. I have a few tops, a skirt & a belt, so I was spoilt for choice this week. I decided on this Dorothy Perkins bird print peplum. It doesn’t have the thick fabric stiffness of the City Chic ones, but it’s got better flounce then ASOS. I bought this over a year ago and I’m super glad the weather is warming up so I can wear it again!Yes! I am wearing pants! The horror! I’m sooo not a pants person,…

Outfit – Red lace
Well, you’ve seen the pink version, and the longer sleeved grey version, so I thought it only fair to show off the red. I can’t really put into words how much I love these dresses. They are just, so comfortable and pretty. The lace is soooo soft. These dresses are on sale atm, and I’m trying not to buy them in every colour. The black is down to $21.90, and the red & green versions are $26.28. You can find them HERE. They come with a belt, but for some reason i’ve just not been feeling a lot of accessories lately. I’ve just been going for comfort & simplicity. Yes,…
