OOTD – The closest to Chris Evans I’ll ever get.
So, I realised the other day I have a good chunk of images from last year that I posted on my Instagram, but not here on the blog. Life was tough and I was bearly holding it together, I was still managing to go out and keep myself occupied, see friends, but sharing across all social media was a bit too much. I focused on my Instagram but neglected the blog. Honestly, I do feel blogging is much more a media of the past. Microblogging and any video content is where it’s at these days, but what can I say. Outfit – Fantastic Beasts!
First post of 2019 and it’s an outfit post! OMG! Can you believe it!? I know, I know. I actually got off my butt and took pictures of what I’m wearing! I do hope you enjoy my first OOTD for the year! Outfit of the NYX Face Awards
Wahey! I know outfit posts have been few and far between, but I guess it just makes them all the more special. I wanted something fun but warm to wear to the NYX face awards and decided on this old favourite. What you can’t see is all the layers I have on underneath it! Melbourne is chilly, especially at night! If you’re a long-term follower, yes, you’ve seen this outfit before! Outfit – A pop of colour!
Do you have days when you plan an outfit, put in on, love it, but after a while realise that it’s uncomfortable? That happened with this outfit. The main thing? The neckline. I don’t like high necks, I feel like I’m being strangled. So after taking these photos, I ended up changing the top (you can see here). I really loved how this outfit turned out though, and figured I’d share the pictures anyway. I also took these photos around 9am so with some of the close-ups there are lens flare/ bokeh heaven. Outfit – Black Milk Velvet Cap Sleeve Skater Dress
I haven’t been buying Blackmilk lately for a number of reasons, but when they released the Labyrinth collection, I couldn’t resist. For those who don’t know Labyrinth is my #1 favourite movie of ALL time and I can pretty much quote it word for word. I don’t have the language to describe how much the movie means to mean.
