    Outfit – Comfort is key!

Sometimes, when it’s overcast & gloomy, when you’re cold & have periods sent from hell itself, when you’d rather stay in bed, but have to go out to pick some groceries up, you just need to go for comfort. That is what this outfit is for me. These leggings were the first thing I ever bought from Living Dead Clothing (not the Bowie dress) yet I’ve never showcased them on the blog before. Whoops! I loved the design so much that and had trouble deciding what style I should get, but went with the leggings. I’m glad I did, they’re super comfy. This Chambray jacket is one of the only…

Outfit – Recreating a My Little Pony Outfit

One of the things I do like about moving is finding clothing you’ve forgotten about. I’m hoping now I have a better wardrobe I’ll be able to see all my clothing better and wear more of it. I’ve worn this outfit before HERE, but have styled it up differently this time. I now also have to find a new place to take outfit photos! My house is on a main road and I feel a little silly doing it out the front with cars driving by #shy. I don’t like the brick wall, but it will do for now. I’m also in need to a hair colour touch up. Another…

Outfit of the garage sale x2

A couple of weekends ago, before I moved, I held a garage sale to try and get rid of some of my excess stuff. I met some amazing ladies and had a great time talking to people. I have to say, Melbourne certainly has some stylish ladies. I still have some of the above pieces that I will put online, but I also donated 4 large boxes to Diabetes Victoria. This was Sundays outfit, I just wanted something warm and comfortable. I was sore and tired and the weather was windy. The previous day I had had everything set up outside, but I had to move undercover of the garage…

Outfit – This is what I call plain.

I’ve never been a plain dresser. When I moved to Melbourne, the sleek black minimalist fashion that is everywhere appealed to me, but just isn’t me. So for me, this is a plain outfit. It’s not overly simple, but it’s me. This skirt is oooold. I think it’s about 5 years old now, and still a favourite. I’m not a huge fan of denim or chambray, unless it’s by 17 Sundays. The front zip and acid wash just makes this perfect, it’s a little big now, but I can get away with it. (You can see me wearing it here, here, here, here and here.) I’ve been LOVING the new…
