Melbourne Fashion Week Plus – Outfit of the launch Party!
Slowly making my way through all of the photos taken over the last weekend at Melbourne Fashion Week Plus. Nearly 2000 files. I had such an amazing time, the shows were great and there were some really stand out designers and clothing. The past few days have been pretty full on with hardly any sleep and I admit, I’ve drunk more in the past week then I do in a year. Outfit – Crossroads Striped Maxi
As I mentioned in my last post, I did end up walking out of Crossroads with something. That something was this dress! This was by far my favourite. A midi dress in a striped print. This dress kind of makes me think of the Pyjama trend that is going around, but in dress form. I originally tried on the 22, but sized down to the 20. It’s still very roomy, but I like the billowy feel of the dress. Oh, and one of my favourite things, IT HAS POCKETS! Outfit of my Sydney 30th Birthday Party!
Last Sunday I celebrated my 3oth birthday again, this time in Sydney. It was wonderful to celebrate with my parents, siblings, some of my nephews and one niece, as well as friends. I decided this time around I’d have it at The Hogs Breath, and we even had our own room, named ‘The Pig Pen’. I’m actually wearing a City Chic dress I bought and wore for my 27th birthday! Outfit of the 70th birthday party!
One of the main reasons I’m currently in Sydney is to celebrate my Aunties 70th birthday! On Saturday family gathered at Sicilian in Parramatta to eat, drink and celebrate. It was such a great day, I adore spending time with my family, but seeing as I live in a different state, it doesn’t happen much. The restaurant was amazing, not just the food, but the decor.
