Plaster casts and flying cats!
So, to follow up on my previous post, as you can see, i’m currently in plaster! Last Wednesday I hobbled into my parents local Doctors, and as soon as she pulled out the scan she exclaimed “That’s fractured”. What? I mean, the Doctor on Monday DID say she wasn’t the best at reading x-rays and she couldn’t see a break, which was why she was sending it off to a proper dude, but for this Doctor to glance at a PRINTED out version (not the normal see through scan thingy) and pick it out straight away. 2015 çoban köpegi festival! (Anatolian Dog show)
This weekend saw me attend the 2015 çoban köpegi festival. This is the 2nd year i’ve attended the festival, and the 3rd event for the Anatolian. You can see those posts HERE & HERE. Up above, is Zazu and I, if you read the 2nd post I just linked to, he was the puppy I babysat, well, he’s grown in the 6 months since I’d seen him. Click here for a comparison selfie! A day with some Icelandic Horses!
C’mon! Just how good is that horse selfie in the image above!? Ahem, yes. So, my BFF Lou came to visit a few days ago & the main reason for her visit was to go and check out some horses. It was a bit of a road trip & I tagged along for the ride. The horses she was looking at were Icelandic Horses, which I had seen online of course (Reykjavik is high on the list of places I want to visit) but I didn’t even know these gorgeous, almost fluffy horses were even in Australia! Fathers Day Outfit!
First up, the outfit! I only really got this one decent picture of my outfit, but this is what I wore for Fathers day. It was cold out, and what you can’t tell is that I have 2 pairs of stockings, a singlet & a long sleeve top on under the dress! Melbourne Scenery!
Sorry for the short hiatus. My parents are currently in Melbourne and I’ve been staying with them in their cabin. It’s been nice to get away and to see more of Melbourne, and of course, it’s great seeing my parents and their dogs. I miss them all terribly. The caravan park they are staying at has THE BEST kids area, which of course, I had to take advantage of.
