Oh hi, hello, something a little fun for this outfit post. I sadly haven’t had the chance to wear this outfit out yet. This is 31! Happy birthday to me!
On Wednesday the 7th I celebrated my 31st year of life! Yep, it was my birthday! Originally, I had a trip to Tasmania planned, but as Tonka got sick, I decided to cancel it. One, because I expected him to still be alive and didn’t want to hassle anyone with looking after a cat who had to have a special diet and tablets he hated to take. Two, because the money saved for the holiday went to his vet bills. It was a bit of a sad week, just knowing Tonka isn’t with me, and that I’m not exploring Hobart. Outfit – Batman at Big W!
Life is hard right now. I’m finding it hard without Tonka. It’s hard to put into words how much his loss has affected me. My mental health isn’t very good, but i’m still trying. Outfit – Grungy Grey Chic
In Melbourne, you wear layers. It’s something I’m still learning. The mix of this hi-low dress and my oversized chambray jacket made me feel very 90’s grunge. Even more so when I added in my headphones. When I go and see my psych, I like to be comfortable. There is a 90% chance i’m going to cry, so I always go make up free. I’m so glad I found a psych I like here in Melbourne, even if it is an hour journey each way to see him. My mental health has been pretty horrid lately, so i’m on a fortnightly schedule. Outfit and Event – Supanova Melbourne
Last Sunday, I headed out to Supanova. For those who have been looong time readers, you’ll know I used to work in the convention industry. My last con was 6 years ago, so it’s been an age since I’ve been to one. Boy have they grown! I was quite stunned at just how huge it’s grown.
