Skate and Donate Evening!
Saturday night, I headed out to Skaterz for a charity event hosted by Diamond Valley Roller Derby Club. All money raised went to Berry Street. It was such an amazing night, with lots of games, pizza and of course skating! A couple of months ago, my friend Anne (Who I know as Kayley) took me to a roller rink where I tried out skating (on skates) for the first time in probably 15 years. Melbourne Birthday Lunch at Naked for Satan #natatreeturns30
Yesterday I celebrated my 30th birthday early with a scrumptious lunch at Naked for Satan. When I originally decided to do something for my birthday, I was tossing up between lunch, dinner or drinks. In the end, I went with what suited me as a homebody who doesn’t really drink and settled with a Sunday lunch at a place with good food and drinks. EMPANADAS I’d been to Naked for Satan twice before, once for dinner at Naked in the Sky (which is where we had lunch) & for lunch downstairs with their pintxos. On turning 30 (and a wishlist!)
Everyday I’m edging closer to the big Three-oh & I’m honestly not sure how i’m feeling about it. Scared, excited, nervous, anxious, proud, like i’ve failed, like i’ve succeeded. Lets just say, it’s been a bit of a roller-coaster but not all that many highs. I never thought i’d make it to 30, I never thought I’d make it to 18, so in a way every birthday is even more of a celebration. Congratulations Natalie, you made it through another year. I’m proud of getting here, it’s been a battle and a half, but I’m here. But then I look back and see all that I haven’t done, at that I’ve struggled…

What’s in my bag!?
It’s been awhile since I’ve done a What’s in my bag post, and with the lack of outfit posts going on around here at the moment (sorry! My onesie isn’t all that interesting) I thought it would be a great time to do one.
