Outfit – Striped outfit for $70

Being sick suuuucks! Blah! I went to the doctors today and managed to survive a blood test. It seems to just be a bit of the flu and my body doing weird withdrawal things from cutting out fizzy drink. I’ve been meaning to share this dress for a while, and sadly, this colour is sold out, but I can at least bring your attention to Mix Apparel.

I’d bought from Mix Apparel AGES ago. One of the Coles stores I went to when I lived in Adelaide would have some stock and I picked up an item or two for $5. After seeing Miss Murphy J rock this dress recently, I headed over to the MA site and bought that lovely chevron number, a chevron jumper and this gorgeous dress. I also found a 20% or 30% off coupon. This dress exceeded expectation, it’s made out a scuba – neoprene like material, thick and comfortable. Oh, yes, that zip does fully come undone!

I never got the sneaker wedge trend when it came out a few years ago, but lately, I dunno, it’s been growing on me. I blame Shauna, in fact, this outfit is rather Nubby inspired! Trying to save my money for a hopeful move, I didn’t want to shell out a whole lot of cash, so I tried on two different pairs at Kmart, these ones won out being more comfortable and gees are they comfy!

So I realised, all up, I personally paid just under $70 for this whole outfit (considering I did get a few $ off the price of the dress with a coupon). I think that’s pretty good for a whole outfit! What do you think!?
