Outfit – Green!
I posted about this dress on facebook when it was first released, confessing my love for it. Floral, tulle, a gorgeous green colour, (though also available in a coral colour) it just screamed ‘BUY ME’. I resisted the urge. I’m getting better at my impulsive spending, and at $135, I just couldn’t justify it. I guess you can see, I ended up caving and buying it! Only after it went on sale for $65 and then a coupon came out for an extra 10% off sale items. Sometimes, it’s good to wait. I posted a quick preview picture on facebook when it arrived, but I wanted to take some proper…

Outfit – Galaxy
I never thought i’d fit into Black Milk clothing, until I bit the bullet and tried. I still get a bit nervous shelling out such high amounts of cash on items that I can’t try on and know how they’ll fit, but I’ve found that i’ve been pretty lucky. The fact that Black Milk now cater to a size XL now helps! When they released the Galaxy skater skirt, I knew it had to be mine. It arrived and I was a little unsure how to style it. It’s super stretchy, but like most things, I find it most comfortable to wear on my waist, so it does tend to…

Aussie Curves – Colour Clash
Today has been the first day in the past couple that I actually got up and got dressed. I’m not feeling as nauseous, so I pushed myself to get dressed to this weeks Aussie Curves theme of ‘colour clashing’. I knew what I was going to wear as soon as I read the prompt nearly a year ago, though it didn’t factor in that it would be in the middle of winter. Luckily, it was a really nice sunny day out! I love to clash colours. Green & purple are one of my favourite colour combos, but #1 on that list is pink & orange. The photos turned out really…

Aussie Curves – Black & White
When this dress hit the ASOS Curve site I was all kinds of in love with it, so I put it in my ‘saved items’ list and was waiting for my next pay day. Alas, the dress sold out pretty quickly and by the time I could afford it, it was sold out. GRRR. But yet again, this is when my crazy daily (sometimes twice daily) ASOS check came in handy. One day, I logged on and checked my saved list to see that my size had come in stock. I snapped it up straight away. MINE! I’m still learning to push my boundaries. I love my body and I…

OOTD: Maxi Dress
After dragging this pink top thingy out for the orange themed Aussie Curves post (Here), I remembered just how hard I found it to style. I’m not sure if it’s the length, the cut, the sheer, but I’m never quite sure how to wear it. So I decided to challenge myself and try and find a different way to wear it. If you hadn’t noticed, I’m not a huge fan of maxi dresses. I have a few, but I often find them restrictive and I get caught up in them. I’m such a huge clutz that if I wore them often I’d end up hurting myself. I’d picked this one…
