In the dressing room – Crossroads (again)
Wahey! It’s a new ‘In the dressing room‘ post! Last week I headed into Crossroads and fell in love with this dress. I was feeling under the weather so I didn’t try it on, but I kept thinking of it. I went back in today to try it on and see how it fit. Oh how I love it! It made me feel like a Disney Princess. The colour is a gorgeous yellow that has a mustard tinge with stunning embroidery. It also comes with a slip dress underneath that can be removed. I tried this on in a 20 and it fit great, though in saying that I don’t…

In the dressing room – Crossroads
Last week I ducked into Crossroads to try a few things on. Crossroads is one of those stores when one month I can find 10 things I love and the next only 1. There are currently a few things that i’m eyeing off, and a few things have been added to the site since I last went in that I now want to go try those on! So without further waffling on, here is what I tried on. These jeans were the reason I wanted to go in store and try things on, I loved the look of the black pair online. Sadly, they didn’t have the black pair in…

In the dressing room – H&M+ jeans!
On Monday, to try and get away from the heat, I headed to Chadstone to window shop. I spend nearly an hour wandering the racks of H&M and decided i’d try on a couple pairs of jeans. I was actually surprised that I found a few items I liked in the Plus section. Usually, the selection is pretty drab and blah, but of course when I have no money, there were at least 4 items I would have happily welcomed into my wardrobe. Australia’s H&M still has a long way to go with their plus department and when looking online the AU section has 66 items compared to the US…

In the dressing room – Peter Alexander (Plus & Straight sizing)
After taking a quick sticky beak in the Sydney airport store, I fell in love with a few new Peter Alexander pieces (see insta here). I put a poll on my instagram to see if you wanted an ‘in the dressing room’ post and it came back mostly yes. So I ducked into the Penrith store today to try on a couple of things. HARRY SLEEP TEE – $89.95 – M/L First up, the Harry Potter sleep tee! I tried this on in the straight sizing, M/L and as you can see, it’s a very roomy fit. I’m generally a 20/22 and had no problems in this. Super comfy! WIZARD OF OZ…

In the dressing room – Big W – Avella, Looney Tunes & B Collection
Whilst out today I ducked into my local Big W to pick up a few things. I made my way through the clothing section and ended up picking up a few items to try on. I’ve picked up some really cute tops from Big W lately. Sleeveless Printed Drawcord Dress – Size XL – $15 First up is this cotton-blend dress with drawstring waist. It is light, airy and very comfy. The thing that drew me to it was the print and the fact it was $15! This is in the standard section and in the largest size, which is an XL. Looney Tunes Women’s Denim Dress – Size 3XL…
