A Firmoo Glasses Review
When Firmoo contacted me recently and asked me if I’d like to review a pair of their prescription glasses, I said yes. I already own a few different pairs of glasses, but I’d decided recently I wanted a pair of clear frames. Something that was comfortable, somewhat plain and wouldn’t distract too much away from my outfit.
I found the frames I liked and made the order. I have all my prescription details, so it’s pretty easy to input all the data. I can’t say exact how fast they shipped, because they arrived when I was in Melbourne, but they came packed up all secure in a box, with a cleaning cloth & a hard case.
You may have noticed me wearing them in some of my Instagram pictures lately, as I’ve wanted to make sure I really tested them before I mentioned them on my blog. I love them & even though they are clear (well, they have a pattern on the side), I’ve actually had a few compliments about them. My only suggestion would be to shell out the extra money and get some of the selected add ons, like Anti-Reflective or the Fingerprint Resistant Coating.
They seem to have a steady stream of glasses going on and off the site. The pair I ordered (these) are now no longer available, but I admit to having my eyes on these and these. I’d also be interested to try their glasses with tinting, and I actually don’t own a pair of prescription sunglasses, and yes, that is annoying! The Firmoo site also has the nifty feature where you can upload your picture and ‘try them on’.
They also have a current promotion that lets you get a pair of selected frames for free. All you have to pay for is the lenses and shipping. You can find more info about that here.
Have you ordered prescription glasses online before?
DISCLAIMER: I was gifted the frames, lenses and shipping for free. I decided to share the review because I was impressed with the product and service. All thoughts and words are my own.
