I’ve been quite a busy bee lately, I don’t think i’ve gone out so much in ages. Mind you, it was first Sydney, and now running around a lot with Doctors and such, but it’s still pushing me to deal with my agoraphobia. On Sunday, I ventured out for Japanese again. Yep, it was that good I had to go again so soon. I got dressed, all cute and then realised the weather had changed and it was too cold to wear the outfit. Oh well. I decided to take photos anyway because as I mentioned, I thought it was super cute. Outfit – Birds and browns
Melbourne is back to its funny weather. One day warm, the next cold. I’m enjoying bringing out some of my warmer clothes that have been hiding away. Does anyone else sometimes forget what is lurking in their closets in the opposite months? I’m still trying to ‘shop my wardrobe’ and wear pieces that don’t get as much love. I’ve had this vest for years, in fact, the last time it was featured was in 2012 (here and here). Outfit – Black Milk Velvet Cap Sleeve Skater Dress
I haven’t been buying Blackmilk lately for a number of reasons, but when they released the Labyrinth collection, I couldn’t resist. For those who don’t know Labyrinth is my #1 favourite movie of ALL time and I can pretty much quote it word for word. I don’t have the language to describe how much the movie means to mean. Being fat you’re constantly being told what to wear and what not to wear. Don’t wear stripes. Accentuate your curves. Don’t wear oversized items. Do wear oversized items. Don’t wear colour. It’s allll over the shop. Everyone has their own opinion. Me? I wear what I want. A lot of people complain about the oversize shapeless dresses that so many plus size retailers do.
