Aussie Curves – Mixing Patterns
I was planning on getting my crazy colour on and going ‘out there’ for this weeks theme. One of my favourite blogs is Macademian Girl, in my opinion she does crazy, bright, clashing, ott outfits to perfection. However I woke up Saturday not feeling the best, and Sunday not so better. A Love letter to New Zealand.
Waiting to board my flight home to Australia. When I was growing up, one of my best friends was an older male. Most people would see him as an older brother figure and to a degree he was, but really, he was my best friend. He was from New Zealand and for many years he was what I’d think of when I thought of New Zealand. Here Kitty Kitty! I HAVE A CAT!
So, I kind of suck at video blogs as i’m quite an awkward person, so here you get to see it first hand! So, I am now proud owner to a one year old Tonkinese male named Tonka. I adopted him for a lovely family who were moving and could no longer have him. He is settling in pretty well so far, still shy and hiding, but coming out and being rather affectionate when it suits him. Shoalhaven Zoo
Being such an animal lover, if there is an animal park, sanctuary or zoo around, I have to go. I’d been looking forward to going to Shoalhaven Zoo (Previously Nowra Wildlife Park) since my Brother took my niece and nephew last year. As we had my other nephew with us away, we decided it’d be a great time to go check it out, and honestly, I’m super happy we did. Just a few Quick Pics
I’m an emotional baker. When i’m upset, I tend to bake. When my Grandmother was alive, she used to love it, she had a real sweet tooth. I had to stop myself at one batch of cupcakes today. I’m home alone and I won’t be able to eat all these by myself. I decided against icing too. I was originally going to make pink vanilla icing, but I’ve never been a big fan of icing.
