Event – Meccaland
A few months ago, Australian makeup/beauty superstore Mecca announced that it would be holding a huge makeup convention/festival dubbed ‘Meccaland’. I was instantly interested. Fast forward to closer to the event and my BFF Kayley asked if I would like to go along with her. Duh! Of course, I would. Outfit – City Chic Rose Dress (again)
I think you’ll be seeing a bit of this dress, due to the fact that it is PERFECT. I am so in love with the rose print and embroidery trend, so this dress ticks all the boxes! New hair! Red Corvette!
WOOHOO! I did it! As someone who has experimented a lot with their hair over the years, it seems I’ve become a lot more careful with my hair choices these days. I was actually quite anxious about dying my hair red. It’s been a long time since I’ve had red hair and it’s a big change from my normal colours. Chadstone’s Mecca Maxima opening with Chloe Morello
I live a hop, skip & jump away from Chadstone so when I heard that the new section was opening with a new Mecca Maxima store I decided I was going to head in and check it out. The first 150 people in line got to meet Chloe Morello and receive her new palette from Ciate London. I’m kinda lucky the cats had me up half the night and I was up super early. On Saturday night I headed out to The LuWow for a friends birthday. I had no idea what to wear, a mental state i’ve been in a lot lately. I really wanted to wear my Neverland dress from PUG, but while it fits around the waist, the bust is just way too big on me (see here). I really need to go get it tailored. I decided to make it happen though, and just turned the bust down inside the dress. Paired with the crop & belt, I think it worked well.
